At Inayva, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

📦 Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging and tags

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is mandatory

⚠️ Returns are not accepted for perishable items, items bought on sale, gift cards, or opened food packages.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions for packing and courier pickup/drop-off

🔄 Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different item, please:

  1. Return your original product

  2. Place a fresh order after refund confirmation

💳 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • We’ll notify you by email/WhatsApp about approval or rejection

  • If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

💡 Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 working days, contact us at orders@inayva.com.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible — you must proceed via the return process

  • Refund for cancelled prepaid orders (before dispatch) will be processed in 5–7 business days

🧾 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Expired

  • Or you received the wrong product

Contact us within 24 hours with clear photos and order details at orders@inayva.com or WhatsApp.

We’ll either replace or refund as per the situation.

🌍 International Orders & EU Cooling-Off

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you’re entitled to a 14-day “cooling-off” period. During this time, you may cancel or return your order for any reason, with the same return conditions as above.
